I dealt with Ryan in the service department. he helpfully managed to get my vehicle in for same-day service. He also helped me to facilitate my repairs, through the extended warranty company. He kept me posted as to the progress of the repairs throughout the day. The service was completed promptly, and Ryan and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I’ve only had my car back for a day, but the problem seems to be fixed satisfactorily. I was happy with my experience. One small thing though, I did notice when I initially called for the appointment, that the price quoted for a diagnostic was much more expensive than I usually pay at my non-dealership auto mechanic shop.
